Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Relations

• Plan and execute corporate employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a positive work culture and enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Organize events, workshops, and activities that promote team building, collaboration, and employee well-being.
• Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to measure engagement levels and identify improvement areas.
• Work closely with the SAM Sports & Recreational Club Committee (SSRC) to organize annual programs.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned when required.

2. Industrial Relations

• Monitor and interpret labor laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
• Provide guidance to management on industrial relations strategies and best practices.
• Manage industrial disputes and related actions professionally and effectively.
