Oakleaf Partnership are supporting a global professional services firm to appoint a Senior HR Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. This is a senior HRBP role with responsibility across Germany, Switzerland and Poland, working closely with Partners and senior leaders in a matrixed, international environment.

The role

Reporting to the HR Director, EMEA, you’ll lead the end-to-end HR agenda across your regions, supported by experienced HR Advisors based locally in Frankfurt and Poland.
