Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources for a growing engineering company with operations in Lebanon and West Africa. The role includes organizational development, recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance across multicultural teams.

• Lead recruitment campaigns for Lebanon and Africa-based roles.

• Oversee performance evaluations, KPIs, and staff development plans.
