Position Summary:

The Senior HR Manager for Cebu Operations serves as both a strategic advisor and operational leader within a labor-intensive manufacturing setting. This role partners closely with the operations leadership team to ensure HR strategies are effectively aligned with business priorities—especially in the context of high-volume production and a diverse workforce.
