HR Manager
to lead and oversee our human resourcesfunctions. The HR Manager will play a key role in driving people strategies,ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations, and building apositive work culture. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures in line with local employment laws. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration in compliance with statutory requirements. Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and employee development plans. Provide HR advisory support to management and employees on all HR-related matters.
