Senior HR Manager

Position Overview
The Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager will be responsible for leading the full spectrum of HR functions while also overseeing office administration and providing occasional executive support to the Managing Director (MD). This role acts as a strategic business partner while ensuring day-to-day HR and administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee engagement, and HR compliance
• Manage and mentor an HR Generalist, providing guidance and oversight across HR operations and administration tasks
• Partner with the leadership team to develop people strategies aligned with business goals, including succession planning and workforce development
