Senior HR Officer

About the Role

MIT Auto Parts is looking for a hands‑on, detail‑driven Senior HR Officer to act as the 2IC to the HR Manager.
This role suits someone from FMCG, manufacturing, logistics or wholesale who enjoys fast-paced, operational HR with strong IR and reporting responsibilities.

This is a practical, operations-focused HR role with room for growth

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly HR reports (absenteeism, overtime, IR pipeline, headcount).
• Manage disciplinary processes, investigations and CCMA preparation.
• Run recruitment & onboarding for operational/support roles.
• Maintain accurate HR files, systems, payroll inputs, and compliance documents.
• Support WSP/ATR, EE, COIDA and DoL requirements.
• Act as second‑in‑command, supporting HR Manager and guiding interns/officers.

Requirements

• 5–8 years HR Generalist experience in operations (FMCG/logistics/manufacturing/wholesale).
