Senior HR Operations Manager

Role Objective

To maintain 100% team productivity by eliminating all external stressors. You are responsible for the physical and logistical ecosystem of our employees and their families, ensuring that Quality of Life translates directly into Peak Performance.

Key Duties

HR Operations & Administration

• Full scope of HR operations in full compliance with Singaporean legislation (HR paperwork, payroll, benefits administration).
• Immigration support: administration of employment passes, invitations for short-term visas.
• Vendor management (payroll, immigration, insurance broker).
• Global HR projects and processes support (KPIs, Performance management, onboarding/offboarding etc.)

Family office support

• Immigration: End-to-end management of EP, DP, and LTVP for employees, families, and relatives, including proactive renewals and residency/passport tracking.
