In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for advising managers and employees on HR policies, grievance resolution, and labour relations within a federally regulated business. Your extensive HR background in unionized environments will facilitate compliance and effective contract negotiation while fostering employee engagement and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer strategic advice on union matters and compliance
• Manage grievance processes and facilitate conflict resolution
• Contribute to collective bargaining through data analysis
• Coach managers on performance management and employee relations
• Ensure HR operations comply with all legislation and agreements
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in HR, with 3 in Labour Relations
