Job Description

                    Essential Duties & Responsibilities  Demonstrated knowledge of the business; act as business partner in one or more HR areas. 
Has established partnerships across the organization, cultivating a supportive environment. 
Influences and improves broad HR processes and procedures. 
Uses reporting and metrics available to help drive decisions. 
Manage confidential files and other privileged information. 
Lead Human Resources training efforts. 
Supervise and mentor other staff as needed. 
Work independently and is a resource to others in solving broad problems encountered. 
Continuously identify, measure, and improve processes. 
Other duties as assigned.

 Required Qualifications  B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or related field
