About the role
As Senior Hr & Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in leading our HR operations within the newly established SAP MPS (Managed Payroll Services) and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) organization. You will ensure high‑quality service delivery within a broad range of HR operational areas, including time management, benefits administration, pensions, insurances, and garnishments.
You will orchestrate HR service delivery for our customers, secure smooth execution of daily tasks, and act as a trusted subject matter expert within the team. As an SME, you will guide and mentor medior team members, support compliance with Danish regulations, and ensure strong collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
