Senior HR Service Advisor

**Overview**

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Advisor to join the Pay Centralization Team within the Employee Data workstream, People Operations. This role is responsible for supporting Europe & Americas payroll operations through effective management of payroll inputs, stakeholder coordination across the ADP / One Payroll stack, and end-to-end payroll input reconciliation across multiple countries and regions.

**Payroll Input Management & Reconciliation**

+ Manage and govern payroll-related inputs across Europe & Americas regions, ensuring timely and accurate submission before payroll cut-off.
+ Perform end-to-end reconciliation of payroll-impacting data across Employee Central, SAP, ADP, and related payroll systems.
