Job Description
- Ensure HR compliance with RBA Code of Conduct, ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and labor laws.
- Conduct regular HR compliance audits covering: Working hours and wage practices, Employment contracts and legal documents, Health, safety, and welfare coordination, Non-discrimination and ethical labor practices
- Prepare and maintain documentation required for customer audits, ISO audits, and RBA assessments.
- Act as HR focal person during external and internal audits related to compliance and social responsibility.
- Track audit findings, prepare Corrective and Preventive Action Plans (CAPA), and monitor closure of action items.
- Manage the timekeeping system to ensure accurate recording of employee work hours, including regular hours, overtime, and absences.
