Job Qualifications

• More than 5 years experience in providing impactful HR solutions in areas including organizational development, workforce management, employee relations and policy implementation
• Proven experience in driving HR transformation initiatives and providing recommendations to support effective structural development.
• Experience as HR Generalist handling talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and learning and development

Others

• Good in English communication both oral and written
• Knowledge in computer operations and software applications such as Microsoft Windows/ Office
• Has strong interpersonal skills
