Morgan Philips is exclusively partnered with a Retail/ FMCG MNC with it's search for a Senior HRBP in KL.

You will be working closely with the CHRO, MY to drive:

• Performance Management
  : Building PM frameworks and KPIs for each key department (both frontline and corporate services)
• Talent Acquisition:
  Understand recruitment priorities and partner with senior stakeholders in hiring and employer branding.
• Rewards and Compensation:
  Partnering with C&B and consultants in salary benchmarking and benefits restructuring to retain key talent
• Talent Development:
  Work with SLT in curating L&D agenda/ leadership development frameworks for employees (both contractors and permanent staff)
• Company Engagement
  : Maintain and build and exciting engagement and culture aligning with Group vision.
