Senior HRIS Analyst

OVERVIEW

The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting and improving global HRIS operations across all TransPerfect family of companies. They will lead as a subject matter expert to advise on business requirements, system capabilities, and system configuration. This position will directly interact with other members of the HR team, Accounting/Finance stakeholders, senior managers, and business partners across TransPerfect.

DESCRIPTION

• Own configuration for assigned areas, while providing advice and coaching across all configuration areas
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, implement solutions, and coordinate & lead activities related to project work plans
• Serve as a subject matter expert demonstrating deep functional knowledge of HR and company processes
