Senior HRIS Analyst (UKG)

We are looking for an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our growing global HRIS team, supporting and enhancing our UKG Workforce Management (Time & Attendance) platform. This role is ideal for a UKG expert who enjoys solving complex workforce challenges, working with global stakeholders, and driving system improvements that directly impact employee experience and operational efficiency.

As the UKG WFM Subject Matter Expert, you will serve as the primary point of contact for configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, integrations, and implementations. You will lead Tier 3 UKG support, manage system enhancements and projects, and partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams across regions.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a remote and flexible environment, gain exposure to global HRIS initiatives, and play a key role in mentoring and upskilling other HRIS analysts within the team.
