WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management , preferably in large-scale digital transformation programs involving HR systems , data migration , or enterprise integration .
• Proven track record managing end-to-end technical migration and integration projects , including governance, risk & issue management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies , with hands-on experience using JIRA for demand and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors) and coordinate with global programs.
• Experience in change management , training coordination, and post-go-live support planning.
