Senior HRS Advisor

**Overview**



An exciting role has come up in our Americas Field HR team. We are looking for a Senior HR Service Advisor who is passionate about employee experience and process efficiency in a dynamic environment. This role will be responsible for supporting employees, managers, partner teams, and government entities by responding to inquiries and performing HR related activities for data accuracy and compliance. They will be a member of People Operations, accountable for managing cases across multiple businesses and countries. A significant component of this role will involve working within our People Operations organization and CoE partner teams to develop, design, test, and implement end to end workflows, and ensure the management and improvement of regional processes and solutions.
