Senior HRSG Design Engineer

Description

We are seeking an experienced HRSG Design Engineer with deep expertise in design, engineering, evaluation of designs, and integrating Heat Recovery Steam Generators for combined-cycle power plants.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in thermal design, mechanical design, pressure part engineering, and ASME/IEC/EN standards, along with hands-on experience working with OEMs, EPC contractors, or HRSG suppliers over complete lifecycle design — concept engineering, detailed engineering, specification development, vendor interfacing, and supporting manufacturing, fabrication, and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform thermal sizing, heat balance calculations, pinch/approach analysis, and optimization of HRSG configurations (1x1, 2x1, triple-pressure, supplementary firing, etc.).
