The job holder will be responsible for driving HSE compliance at plant level and overseeing the Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management System activities at ALPLA Lanseria. The Senior HSE Officer is accountable for identifying hazards, reducing risks, and preventing accidents. In addition, the job holder will monitor key safety performance indicators, including LTIs (Lost Time Injuries), total recordable incident rates, and near-misses.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible The incumbent will be expected to undertake regular occupational health, safety and environment compliance site assessments, inspection, and audits within a legislative framework.
