Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and enhancement of City policies, procedures, and processes through departmental workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Managing CMS documentation, including version control, updates, and periodic reviews within the Information Centre.
• Coordinating internal and external ISO audit activities, preparing audit schedules, supporting audit execution, collecting evidence, and assisting departments in closing findings.
• Preparing, updating, and monitoring HSE and Business/Quality risk registers, ensuring information is accurate and aligned with CMS requirements.
• Maintaining the Corrective Action Register, tracking progress and following up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of CMS-related corrective actions.
• Oversee safety programs, awareness events, and compliance activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory safety requirements as well as the emergency responses preparedness. <...
