Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end CRM lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back)
• Drive HubSpot adoption and make it intuitive for non-technical users
• Build automations, workflows, dashboards, and lead routing
• Set up and send email & SMS campaigns to customers and partner networks
• Ensure data hygiene and accurate reporting
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations teams
