Senior Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including manpower planning, recruitment, orientations, letters & memos, training & development, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal & disciplinary matters.
• 2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• 3. Able to recruit and explore new sourcing channels, including job portals, recruitment agencies, and networking opportunities.
• 4. Maintain and regularly update accurate employee records and personal data in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
• 5. Develop HR policies in accordance with statutory requirements and company regulations.
• 6. Preparing monthly payroll processing and manage employee benefits such as leave, medical entitlements, claims, insurance, etc.
