Job Description
Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including manpower planning, recruitment, orientations, letters & memos, training & development, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal & disciplinary matters.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Able to recruit and explore new sourcing channels, including job portals, recruitment agencies, and networking opportunities.
Maintain and regularly update accurate employee records and personal data in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
Develop HR policies in accordance with statutory requirements and company regulations.
Preparing monthly payroll processing and manage employee benefits such as leave, medical entitlements, claims, insurance, etc.
