Senior Human Resource Executive

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR Operations and support the business in delivering strong people practices aligned with the Group's people agenda.
This role works closely with line managers and management to ensure operational excellence across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee HR Operations including payroll, foreign worker hiring, HR administration, and compensation & benefits
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, reference and background checks, and job offers
Prepare HR documentation such as letters of appointment, contracts, warning letters, and other HR correspondence
Manage employee movement matters including probation confirmation, promotion, transfer, redesignation, resignation, and exit interviews
