Senior Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage
  manpower agencies
  in the Philippines: recruitment, policies, payroll, attendance, and compliance.
• Coordinate with agencies to ensure manpower quality, cost control, and labor law compliance.
• Handle HR operations for the
  core team after KRF legal entity setup
  : KPI management, performance review, compensation & benefits.
• Manage payroll and ensure fulfillment of
  statutory obligations
  (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, tax, etc.).
• Ensure full compliance with
  Philippine labor laws and regulations
  .
• Act as HR advisor on labor relations and compliance matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
  in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in the Philippines

• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law
