Detailed Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee Relations and Total Compensation, the Senior Advisor, Employee Relations provides expert guidance and strategic support across the full spectrum of labour relations activities.

This role partners closely with leaders to manage complex, sensitive, and high-risk workplace matters, including conducting and leading workplace investigations, ensuring timely, consistent, and effective resolution.

The incumbent supports the collective bargaining process through research, analysis, preparation of materials, and implementation of collective agreements. The role also contributes to the development, interpretation, and consistent application of labour relations policies, programs, and collective agreements.
