Senior Human Resources Business Partner

**Talen Energy is seeking an experienced** **Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)** **to support our** **newly acquired power plants in Ohio and Indiana.** **In this key role, you will serve as the primary on-site face of HR for multiple plants. You will work closely with fellow HR partners in the Fossil Division, as well as Talen’s other field and corporate HR teams, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated HR support across the organization.**

**This is a multi-site** **position** **supporting our eastern Midwest power plants (Ohio, western Pennsylvania, Indiana, and nearby surrounding region) with regularly occurring onsite presence.**
