Role Overview

Senior HR Business Partner – manages the HRBP team, rolls out global HR strategy, advises on employee lifecycle. Location: Montreal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the HRBP team, ensuring consistent, high‑quality HR implementation for the client group.
  • Partner with Regional HRBP Managers on strategy, career management, mobility, performance management, and strategic HR planning.
  • Maintain accurate HR system data, identify talent, and support development plans.
  • Drive recruitment strategy, oversee hiring, negotiate terms, coordinate visa processes, and integrate new analysts.
  • Manage exit planning – reduce redundancies, conduct terminations, mitigate legal risks, and handle employee relations cases.
