This is a full‑time position based out of our Saskatoon head office, working a Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional travel to the McIlvenna Bay Mine site and local communities.

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides strategic HR partnership and support to leadership within a dynamic mining environment.
