We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Consultant to join our fast-paced BPO Contact Centre environment. This role operates at both strategic tactical and operational levels to create an exceptional employee and leadership experience while driving the people strategy aligned with business objectives in South Africa.
The successful candidate will support the full employee lifecycle, including talent development, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, retention, and employee relations. The Senior HR Consultant HRBP will work closely with leadership teams, providing data-driven insights and HR guidance to support business growth and workforce effectiveness.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound business acumen, and the ability to build trusted partnerships while maintaining alignment with organizational culture and values.
