**Job Purpose:**

To provide HR strategic and operational support, organization effectiveness, stakeholder management, to meet business and people objectives for Al Tayer Motors.

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

+ Act as a strategic and operational business partner to the assigned stakeholders within Al Tayer Motors.
+ Represent HR function in providing day-to-day HR support to employees and management.
+ Support in the implementation of compensation and benefits schemes, fixed and variable pay practices for the assigned stakeholders.
+ Support in the orientation of new joiners and follow up on the progress of new recruits in their jobs through the induction and probation period, including identification of training needs to complement the learning on the job.
