Overview
The HR Executive will support HR operations for the Kuala Lumpur office, with a strong focus on expatriate and local recruitment, employment pass (EP) processing, payroll, insurance administration, and HR compliance for offshore engineering personnel. The role will manage end-to-end onboarding for 20+ senior technical and engineering staff and act as the key HR coordination point during the Malaysia operational restart.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Support recruitment screening and shortlisting of candidates with 5–10 years' experience in offshore oil & gas EPCI projects, including conducting initial interviews
Manage end-to-end onboarding for local and expatriate hires, including employment documentation, orientation, and start-date coordination
Coordinate corporate housing and relocation arrangements (if applicable) for immediate joiners
