Senior Human Resources Executive

Overview

Wellcall Hose (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Human Resources Executive to join our growing team in Pusing Perak. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our human resources initiatives and driving the strategic direction of our HR function.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of new talent
• Managing employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters and performance management
• Coordinating and delivering employee training and development programme
• Administering compensation and benefits, including payroll, leave and benefits management
• Providing HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
• Maintaining accurate HR records and preparing HR-related reports
