Senior Human Resources Manager (APAC)

We are helping a client look for the Senior HR Manager who can run their operations here in the Philippines and in Vietnam.

Expected Hats to Wear:

• Head of Operations: Recruitment, HR, payroll, compliance for PH & VN
• Head of Partner Success: Senior advocate for our Australian & North‑American clients
• Culture Architect: Design and embed the rituals, values, and rhythms that keep the organisation thriving at scale

Responsibilities:

• Design, schedule and facilitate daily huddles, weekly syncs and quarterly “theme” meetings – ensuring they are high‑energy, purpose‑driven, and not mere status updates.
• Develop a values‑recognition framework (e.g., awards for “Proactive” or “Impact‑Maker”) and integrate it into performance‑review cycles.
