We are seeking an experienced
Senior Human Resources Manager
to provide leadership and direction across end-to-end HR operations for a growing organization. This is a
critical leadership role
responsible for recruitment strategy, payroll oversight, people management, and labor relations.

The role oversees internal HR team members and is supported by
five (5) Assistant Managers
. The successful candidate will be a strong people leader with sound recruitment judgment, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
