Senior Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for both local and foreign workforce. Prepare job descriptions, screen applications, arrange interviews, issue offer letters, and conduct onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.

Handle the expatriate and foreign worker application, renewal of work permits and passes. Liaise effectively with government agencies to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Administer and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

Assist in coordinating and submitting required documents for government permits, licenses, and compliance.

Assist in grievances, disciplinary handling and providing proper counseling to related employees.

Coordinate facility management and office administration for the new plant e.g. office space and HR infrastructure setup.
