Responsibilities
- Daily Employee Onboarding & Transfer Management: Handle the full-process procedures of employee onboarding, probation confirmation, transfer, and resignation to ensure compliance and efficiency. Update employee personnel files and maintain the accuracy of HR system data to ensure smooth connection of employee labor relations.
- HR Vendor Management: Collaborate with various HR vendors, establish and maintain good cooperative relationships. Regularly evaluate vendor service quality and cost-effectiveness, optimize cooperation plans, control service costs, and ensure vendor services meet the company's HR needs.
- Work Visa & Business Visa Management: Be responsible for the application, extension, modification, and cancellation of employees' work visas and business visas, familiar with visa processing procedures and required materials.
