Senior Human Systems Integration (HSI) Specialist Fleetway’s Transition to Service department is seeking a Senior Human Systems Integration (HSI) Specialist to join the team.

As a Senior HSI Specialist, you will play a critical role in integrating human considerations into system design and development to optimize performance, reduce risk, and ensure operational effectiveness throughout the system life cycle. This position oversees compliance with Human Systems Integration (HSI) and Human Factors Engineering (HFE) requirements, coordinating activities across domains such as personnel, training, safety, and workload.
