Senior HV Switcher (11kV)

Unite Resourcing are seeking a senior HV Switcher for a live plant environment on a project in the Pilbara.
This position is FIFO from all major capital cities and requires a highly experienced electrical professional with 10–15 years post-trade experience and strong, recent hands-on 11kV switching capability.
This is not suitable for a recent ticket holder. We are looking for someone who has led HV switching, isolations and permit control across multiple projects and is confident working within strict operator authorisation systems in live plant and hazardous area zones.

The Role

Lead and execute 11kV switching, isolation, earthing and access

Prepare, review and verify switching sheets across systems (BESS, PV, feeders, transformers, RMUs)

Manage permit-to-work and HV isolation boundaries

Operate within strict site authorisation and competency sign-off processes
