Senior HVAC Facilities Engineer

Responsibilities

• To lead a team of Engineers/Supervisors/Technicians to carry out operations, maintenance & repair of Air Conditioning/Mechanical/Electrical systems
• To ensure continuous smooth Operation of Plant Facilities infra services. Ensuring Zero ITP and Zero incidents to meet Service Provider KPI.
• To attend to and manage any complaints and breakdowns related to the system. To follow up with action for containment, preventive and corrective and prepare a full report on the incident to the Client.
• Interface with Engineering, Operation, EHS for equipment, preventive / correction maintenance program and projects & compliance with various regulatory procedures.
• To analyze the data collection and established trending to monitor any abnormality

Qualifications

• Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in mechanical or HVAC.
