What is the opportunity?We seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Systems Engineer (Automation & Platform Enablement) to support and advance our enterprise Identity and Access Management capabilities within a regulated banking environment. This role is primarily focused on designing and implementing automation, building standardized and reusable IAM pipelines, and enabling cross-team efficiency through modern DevSecOps practices.The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on engineering experience, a deep understanding of IAM concepts, and the ability to work across multiple teams to introduce scalable automation patterns.
