Senior ICT Manager

In this role, you’ll act as the key strategic interface between ICT and business stakeholders, shaping technology direction, influencing investment decisions, and ensuring ICT services are secure, resilient, and future-ready. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction across ICT services, platforms, and operations
• Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and deliver technology-enabled outcomes
• Lead organisational ICT planning, roadmaps, policies, and standards aligned to best practice
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, customer-focused ICT team
• Oversee architecture, service design, delivery, support, and continuous improvement
• Manage ICT budgets, resources, and vendor engagements
