Senior Identity Security Engineer - Microsoft B2C (Costa Rica)

Overview
MajorKey Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Security Engineer to lead the technical delivery of customer identity and identity modernization projects for enterprise customers. This individual will serve as the primary technical lead responsible for implementing modern identity solutions, guiding delivery resources, and supporting customers throughout the engagement lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, customer identity and access management (CIAM/B2C) concepts, modern authentication protocols, and cloud-based identity solutions. Experience with hybrid identity and legacy Microsoft identity technologies is beneficial but not the primary focus of the role.
