Responsibilities

The Senior IM Program Analyst supports the delivery of Information Management services and projects to client ministries. Responsibilities include:

• In-depth consultations with clients to assess business and related process changes with respect to their IM requirements.
• Coaching and supporting department/program staff in the use of available tools, processes, and policy instruments to ensure effective and compliant management of their information assets.
• Use AI to improve efficiency and insights and personalize stakeholder engagement.
