Responsibilities

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst within our ALI Americas group.

Works directly with customers either on-site or remotely post-sale through installation and implementation. These customers will primarily be located in the USA or Canada but could be located elsewhere.

• Configure technical solutions for customers and ensure successful customer project implementation.
• Maintain product knowledge and answer client questions on product functionality and usage.
• Provide feedback to development and other groups as needed.
• Provide technical support in presentations and product demonstrations and conduct customer training.
