Role and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain internal reporting systems to monitor and analyze KPIs and other operational metrics.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Conducts comprehensive assessments of customer payment processes to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities
