Responsibilities

Octave is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to join their team. Qualified candidates work on projects with technical and functional skills. This role will serve our customers across the LATAM region. It is a full-time position involving a mix of remote work. The successful candidate should reside in Colombia/Chile/Argentina.

• Frequently interact with customers.
• Participate in the project implementation cycle.
• Work directly with clients to create process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned).
• Design solutions by analyzing requirements. Must have the ability to estimate the effort required to build the deliverables.
