About the Role

The Senior Implementation Lead (Core Banking) is responsible for driving both the project delivery and functional design workstreams of Oradian’s Core Banking System implementations. This hybrid role combines senior-level project management with deep functional expertise in banking processes and core banking systems.

The position leads the entire implementation lifecycle, from requirements and solution design to configuration, testing, go‑live, and handover, ensuring that customer needs are met with high quality and within agreed timelines.

This role requires 8+ years of experience in implementation, consulting, or delivery roles within banking, fintech, or core banking vendors. Strong understanding of financial products, operational processes, and core banking functionality is essential. Experience leading a core banking implementation or a similar large‑scale transformation project is a major advantage.
